We are seeking a highly capable Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in business process documentation, data analysis , and integration analysis to support digital transformation initiatives within a federal agency. The role involves capturing current-state processes, defining future-state models, leveraging data for insights, and aligning systems with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Document current and future state business processes using BPMN, flowcharts, and structured templates.
• Conduct integration and data analysis to assess system compatibility and inform solution design.
• Lead gap analysis and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements .
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, policy, and technical teams to co-design future solutions.
• Analyse and visualise data using tools such as SAS, Power BI , or Tableau to support public sector reporting and decision-making.
• Develop or support business cases , cost-benefit analyses, and risk assessments.
• Assist in procurement activities including RFQ preparation, vendor evaluation, and compliance checks.
• Adapt to changing priorities and provide responsive communication to leadership and delivery teams.
