GenesisCare has multiple opportunities for Radiation Therapists to join our established multidisciplinary team at our Fiona Stanley Hospital Oncology Clinic in Murdoch, WA. With four treatment machines, GenesisCare FSH is one of our largest centres where patients have access to radiation oncology as well as all Allied Health services provided by Fiona Stanley. We deliver comprehensive radiotherapy and design care experiences that get the best life outcomes possible.

Responsibilities

  • Undertake radiation therapy planning and treatment responsibilities and associated duties.
  • Correctly administer all radiation therapy processes and procedures.
  • Ensure all administration and documentation requirements are initiated and completed.
  • Ensure patient care and centre standards are maintained.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrate technical competence in all areas of radiotherapy (treatment and planning), including comprehensive knowledge of contemporary radiotherapy modalities and techniques.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work in an effective team environment.
  • Have a strong knowledge of radiotherapy and associated allied healthcare services.
  • Have registration as a Radiation Therapist with AHPRA.
  • Possess a current licence with the Radiological Council of WA.
  • Demonstrate commitment to high quality patient care.
  • Demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Be able to develop and maintain strong and cooperative working relationships.
