Your New Role

As a Communications Specialist, you'll play a key role in crafting and delivering clear, engaging, and impactful communications that connect with our members and stakeholders.

You'll work across multiple channels to ensure our messaging is consistent, compelling, and aligned with our brand values.

• Coordinating media schedules and interview logistics;
• Assisting with content coordination between teams;
• Supporting broader External Affairs team with planning and reporting;
• Assisting with media monitoring and coverage analysis;
• Monitoring consumer media trends and emerging lifestyle topics and channels relevant to superannuation;

Overseeing analysis of consumer sentiment and media coverage effectiveness.
