The role will be based at Lawnton in the Queensland Support Office, with the requirement for travel

The Opportunity...

  • Provide coaching, guidance and support to existing Team Members in completing Career Development Programs and tailored Learning Paths.
  • Coach store leadership teams on training related processes.
  • Conduct regular store visitation within the region group, observing to provide coaching to the team.
  • Participate in regular meetings with state-based support team, to ensure clear direction is provided and goals aligned.
  • Provide reporting to BM on training performance and compliance.
  • Work with the L&D Team to create and develop training solutions.
  • Record training completions in the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Facilitate store management (SM, 2IC, 3IC) completions of Petstock Induction programs.
  • Facilitate team member completions of Career Development Programs, including delivery of courses as part of these programs and assistance with Coaching Plans.
  • Lead coordination and delivery of Development Days within your region group.
  • Coordinate supplier training events & learning sessions.
  • Oversee, facilitate and manage Safety Compliance Training for your region group.

If you have the below experience, we would love to hear from you!

  • Relevant training qualification (e.g. Workplace Training & Assessment)
  • Experience facilitating Team Member learning (e.g. coaching / training sessions).
  • Experience in a Retail Store Management role.
  • Proven ability to build working relationships.
  • Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint
  • Experience with systems administration.
  • Demonstrated experience in design & development of learning content. Experience in video making / editing is desirable.
