Merchandiser

Join the BIG team on an ongoing, casual basis as a Planogram Merchandiser. You will be responsible for completing various merchandising tasks such as planograms, point-of-sale set-up, pricing and ticketing to support Australia's major retailers.

About The Role

• hours per week in Hastings and surrounds. Hours vary depending on business needs and are not limited to one store.

Role begins mid January

Flexibility required across Monday-Friday

Essential day – Wednesday

Key Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with store personnel

Create and maintain high-quality planograms in store

Ensure pricing and ticketing compliance

Submit tasks & quality photos daily via smartphone / tablet

Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally

Successful Candidate Will Have

Planogram experience in a grocery / retail environment

Strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail

Ability to work autonomously while maintaining overall team focus

Capability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role
