Connect People are seeking multiple experienced Civil Maintenance Labourers in the water sector for positions at our client's Coburg North, Mitcham and Dandenong locations.

Our client is one of Australia's largest water and sewer maintenance capital service providers, providing a range of planned, maintenance, repair, restoration and renewal services across the North and Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

The ideal candidates will be responsible for various tasks on site including water infrastructure maintenance, excavating trenches, back filling, high pressure jet cleaning, clearing blockages, operating a jet truck, traffic management and site inspections.

Civil, Water & Plumbing experience highly desirable.

Key aspects about the role:

• Temp to Perm - On-going Full time hours
• Plenty of overtime available
• Rotating call out roster once every 5 weeks.

Desired tickets/licences:

• Excavator
• First Aid and CPR
• Traffic Management
• Electrical Spotters
• Current Medium Rigid Licence or higher
• White Card
• Asbestos removal non friable
• Confined Spaces
• Working Safely at Heights

Prior to commencement all successful candidates will be required to obtain a National Police Check and undergo a Drug & Alcohol test.
