Bond University is currently seeking experienced administrators to join our Casual Administration Register (CAR). The register is used to fill administrative positions as needed, either to cover staff absences or to provide additional support during busy periods.

Candidates with experience in the following areas are encouraged to apply:

• General administration
• Reception
• Personal / Executive Assistant
• Events / Marketing

About the person

These casual opportunities will suit candidates with a passion for working in an educational environment, along with:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Availability for at least 2 days per week
• Ability to commence immediately with short notice
• Outstanding customer service, organisational, and communication skills
• Proficiency in computer applications, including up-to-date and practical knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite

Salary details

Hourly rates will generally vary between $47.05 - $62.93 per hour plus 12% super, depending on the level of skill and expertise required to undertake the role.
