This Local Council is seeking an experienced Change Manager to work on a large ERP upgrade and implementation compliance, risk & strategy platform.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead and manage the development and planning of business change management deliverables
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
- Assist the People and Culture team with anticipated organisational changes
- Develop and deliver organisational change strategies and plans
- Develop understanding of business process documents and other project related documents
- Developer key stakeholder and communication plans
You will have:
- Min 6 years of experience in Change Management
- Experience working on IT projects and business transformation projects
- Prior experience working on a ERP upgrade would be beneficial
- Experience establishing comprehensive change plan and seeing through the implementation
- Demonstrable experience in managing complex stakeholders
