Credit Controller

Oji Fibre Solutions, part of the rapidly expanding global Oji Group, specialises in the manufacturerof innovative packaging solutions. We have 5 sites around the nation whichproduce corrugated boxes and other foodservice packaging solutions which playan important part in the presentation, protection, and transportation ofcustomer products in the Horticulture, Meat, Industrial, FMCG and PaperProducts segments.

Reporting directly to the Credit Manager for Packaging Australia basedfrom the Noble Park site, no day will ever be the same as your primaryresponsibilities will include however not be restricted to :

• The control of major accounts;
• Collection Calls;
• Accurate and timely cash receipting;
• Following Company policies & procedures to meet targets around overdue debts;
• Minimisation of bad debt exposures and write offs;
• End of month Reporting;
• Customer account set up and maintenance;
• Payment plan set up when required;
• Supporting the continuous improvement in workflow processes to increase collection percentages, whilst also maximising profitable sales opportunities;
• Complying with Legislative Guidelines and Australian accepted Credit practices; and
• Liaising closely with the sales team to support sales activities around customer credit assessments.
• Prior experience using SAP and intermediate excel skills are essential.
