About The Opportunity
We are looking to fill a full‑time permanent customer service role across the Kyogle and Casino Branches. You will provide superior service that meets the needs of our valued customers by delivering retail banking and lending products through various channels, including phone and email. Supporting our local community, you will be the first point of contact for customers when they walk into our branches, delivering impactful customer experience that leads to enduring relationships. Your product knowledge, service experience and agility in meeting customer needs grow our customer base and brand awareness. Whilst preferred, it is not essential for you to have a background in banking as we can teach the successful candidate all they need to know. What is most important is that your personal values align with our culture; possessing a positive can‑do attitude and a commitment to genuine and meaningful conversations with the ability to link customer needs to the features and benefits of the most appropriate solutions. This role provides career opportunities in retail banking and lending.
