The Opportunity :

We are seeking a motivated Principal Structural Engineer to join our team in Melbourne. You will contribute to a variety of major infrastructure projects, as well as industrial and commercial developments; whilst providing technical guidance in a range of different structural materials for our junior team members. With offices Australia wide there is plenty of opportunity to collaborate across our multi-disciplinary teams. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :

• Become a technical focal point and provide technical guidance for the structural team in Melbourne
• Apply engineering fundamentals to solve intermediate to advanced engineering solutions
• Liaise with clients and design technicians and other team members to deliver practical solutions
• Manage clients, prepare fee proposals and tender documentations
• Provide technical guidance to junior members of the team
