Well-presented, professional, and enthusiastic about supporting regional aviation. Manage staff rosters, the rostering / payroll system, and employee leave planner. Provide Administrative and operational support to the Airport Manager. Support Rex Lounge operations across Terminal’s 2 & 3, including stock ordering / facilities management. Professionally manage all telephone calls. Establishing and maintain systems and processes for all administrative areas of the office / Airport facilities. Handle and store sensitive information appropriately. Prepare and maintain client airline billing records. General ad-hoc duties where assigned. The Role
Supporting our Customer Service and Ramp teams at Sydney Airport, we are seeking a motivated Workforce Planning & Administration Officer based between our headquarters at Mascot and our Sydney Airport offices.
