Role Description
We have a position available for a Design Consultant to join our team for our Brighton Store.
Responsibilities
- Custom Picture Framing design advice for a diverse range of art pieces, photography and mementos. We offer art curation, occasional furniture, homewares and styling to our customers in store and online.
- Customer service and accurate quoting is a big part of this role as we guide our customers with stylish custom framing designs and styling solutions for their homes.
- Preparation of mood boards and styling concepts is required, so good computer skills for example Excel, Canva, Photoshop are essential.
- Along with our retail customers in store, we have the opportunity to expand on our trade clientele and interior designers by way of cold calling, so a strong focus on customer sales and customer relationships is an integrable part of this position.
- Opening and closing the store, daily running of a store, administration duties, visual merchandising, is part of this role.
- This position will suit a person who has attention to detail, is highly motivated, has excellent communication skills, can adapt to working solely or with other team members. The interested applicant would have a natural creative flair and style with an appreciation for quality and high‑end custom‑made products.

Qualifications
A qualified Interior Designer or a person with experience in sales will be well received, however, if you can see yourself in this role and have the enthusiasm to learn, training will be provided for the successful applicant.
