Reporting to the National Sales Manager and Head of Sales, you will build and nurture strong professional relationships with a network of Referral Partners to drive the referral of SMEs seeking working capital and asset finance funding to Banjo. Consistently engaging with Partners to ensure they understand Banjo’s product offering and key credit criteria to maximise conversion rates.

As a ground-breaking commercial brand in finance, this role has access to a large network of finance brokers. The position demands a proactive self-starting approach, with and owner-operator mentality to introducing the brand and concept to new channels of clients.
We are looking for a person who has demonstrated success in engaging a target market through creative, professional channels to influence sales of products, leveraging third-party referrals.
In addition to your resilient and engaging character, the role requires a methodical approach to formulating, implementing, and managing a strategic business plan with consistency that returns sales targets.
The position demands a proactive self-starting approach, with and owner-operator mentality to introducing the brand and concept to new channels of clients.
