A busy, bustling all-day cafe at the Spring St end of Collins.Dame is a busy city venue within the Collins Place precinct, at the Paris end of the CBD.All-day dining, benchmark coffee, wine and cocktails inside a stunning fit-out, we are now recruiting floor and bar staff to join our team.We are looking for someone who can deliver a sleek and sophisticated experience in a fast-paced cafe style environment. Previous experience running a section is essential and some barista and / or bar experience would be highly regarded.We can offer a flexible roster across Monday - Saturday with up to 30 hours available for the right candidate.
