About the role

At MercyCare we believe every child is a unique person and we work to bring out their special qualities and strengths. Join our experienced Early Learning team as an Assistant Educator. We have casual and part-time opportunities available across Perth Metro. You’ll assist in the preparation, implementation and evaluation of programs for individual children and groups while recording observations and implementing routines.

Our centres boast large nature playgrounds which enables children to explore and learn in an open play environment. We utilise a play-based approach coupled with child-led learning which encourages children’s natural curiosity.
