About this opportunity :

We are looking for an emerging leader to join our world-class Culinary brigade as our full-time Stewarding Team Leader. Reporting directly to our Stewarding Manager, you will work alongside the wider Kitchen team who thrive on a positive culture, innovation, and the delivery of our extraordinary events!

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude looking to develop their career in the conference & events industry. Key responsibilities will include :

• Assisting with overseeing team member management within the Stewarding department;
• Delivering high standard preparation for all of our events, and must be able to manage staff in several sections simultaneously;
• Assist in coordinating and delivering all arrangements related to supporting the kitchen brigade and front of house teams;
• Assisting in training, leading, and inspiring the Stewarding team members;
• Assisting with the provision of adequate and clean operating equipment to meet the daily requirements of the kitchen and outlets;
• Maintaining our high standards of food quality and ISO 22000 food safety compliance.
