The Position Prepare and cook a diverse range of dishes to high standards, considering dietary requirements and guest preferences. Maintain a clean and organised kitchen workspace, following food safety and hygiene protocols. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service during peak hours. Adapt to different environments and kitchens while consistently delivering exceptional culinary experiences. The Person Experience working in a high volume, fast paced, buffet-style kitchen.
