Centre : Goodstart Ocean Reef

Employment Type : Full time 38 hours per week

Pay : Up to $39.35

As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

About Goodstart Ocean Reef

• Prime Location - We're just 5 minutes from the beach and surrounded by nature, with two large parks within walking distance. Our centre overlooks the local primary school, and we're excited to launch a transition-to-school program in Term 4. A vibrant new development featuring shops and eateries is currently under construction just across the road.
• Supportive & Fun Team - Our team culture is second to none! We offer flexible, rotating rosters to support your lifestyle and family needs. Educators benefit from 16 dedicated programming hours per week and ongoing guidance from our experienced Educational Leader. • Our Centre - Our 85-place centre features four beautifully designed learning rooms : Nursery, Toddlers, Pre-Kindergarten, and Kindergarten. Recent yard upgrades and a dedicated sustainability space support nature-based learning and outdoor exploration.
• Experienced Leadership - Our long-standing team is the heart of Ocean Reef. All room leaders have over 5 years of service with Goodstart, and some, including our Nursery Room Leader and Assistant Director, are celebrating 10 years! You'll be supported by leaders who truly understand and value your role.

What Goodstart can offer you :

You’ll need :

Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)

Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

Current WA Working with Children Check

If you have previous experience leading change in education and have either a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education), a Diploma qualification or ACECQA approved equivalent, then we’d love to talk to you about which of our amazing opportunities would be the best fit for you.
