Registered Nurse - Casual - Night Duty

Currently seeking passionate aged care nurses to work across our four homes in Emerald, Wheelers Hill, Cranbourne and Chelsea.

We are looking for proactive, forward‑thinking, active Registered Nurses (Resident Wellness Managers), who are able to provide clinical leadership and support to our homes and to ensure delivery of person‑centred care to our residents.

The successful applicant will be :

• A Registered Nurse currently registered in Australia (APHRA) without any notation
• A confident team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills that have a passion for leading clinical outcomes
• Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in an Aged Care in Australia
• Postgraduate qualifications in gerontology, Dementia Care, Palliative Care or Wound Management or relevant discipline would be highly regarded but is not mandatory
• Focused on improving quality of life of our clients
• Understanding of ANACC
• Sound clinical decision‑making skills
• Sound understanding of relevant legislation and experience in meeting Australian Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission Standards
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a balanced approach
• Highly organised with proven ability to appropriately prioritise tasks in a busy environment
• Excellent computer skills and ability to use computer software in the delivery of care services
• Hold a current driver’s licence
