Short Summary:

Trojan Recruitment Group is currently seeking multiple experienced Painter Blasters for an immediate start on a local, long-term project at our client's state-of-the-art workshop in Henderson. This is a great opportunity to secure consistent hours, excellent pay, and long-term job stability.

About the Role:

• Workshop-based role located in Henderson
• Day shift: Monday to Friday (10–12 hours per day)
• Optional weekend work available
• Consistent 50–60 hours per week + penalties + super
• Ongoing, long-term project

Key Duties Include:

• Prepare and mix paints to specified colours and finishes
• Perform surface preparation: stripping, sanding, filling, and sealing
• Apply coatings using airless and conventional spray equipment, rollers, and brushes
• Operate and maintain abrasive blasting equipment
• Conduct surface finishing including sanding and grinding
• Maintain and clean spray equipment

About you:

• Demonstrated experience in airless and conventional spray painting
• Proven skills in abrasive blasting
• Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
• Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screening
