This innovative, multidisciplinary and multicultural service will provide coordinated, trauma-informed support for women and children experiencing family and domestic violence.

About the Role
As the Senior Safety Advocate, you will play a key leadership role in delivering culturally safe, client-centred support to women and children experiencing family violence. You will guide the Safety Advocate team, oversee case management quality, and ensure best practice approaches in risk assessment, safety planning and client engagement.
This is a meaningful opportunity to contribute to a new community-focused service while working within a supportive, culturally diverse team under the leadership of the FDV Manager.
