Aged Care GP Program - Locum VR GP for Northwest, VIC region

Ideally based in Ballarat or Torquay, VIC if don’t mind the travel every 4 – 6 weeks.

Areas to cover :

• Torquay – 34 residents
• Ballarat – 27 residents

16 hours per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays)

We are working with a company that are looking for Vocationally or Generally registered GP to work on a refer and request basis for an Aged Care GP Program. The Doctor will be using a combination of visits or telehealth to service the areas.

Items will be bulk billed on refer and request provider Number.
