$180,000 + bonus

I am supporting one of Australia's premier real estate fund managers to appoint a business development manager in real estate funds management distribution.

No ordinary brief, I am specifically keen to capture the interest of my property agent network who would like to leverage their market knowledge, and understanding of direct property, to pivot from selling commercial property, to presenting commercial property investments to a network of wealth managers, IFA's, HNW's and family offices.

Ideally you will have from between 7-15 years of experience, and seeking a career defining opportunity to move away from brokerage, into funds management.

Responsibilities

  • External market-facing relationship management
  • Business development
  • Present equity real estate investment opportunities to private capital distribution channels

Qualifications

  • 7-15 years of real estate or investment experience
  • Strong network in commercial property sales
  • Experience selling or presenting property investments to wealth managers, IFAs, HNW investors and family offices
