Marketing Specialist (Full-Time)

Chat Thai Restaurant Group is one of Sydney’s most recognised names in authentic Thai dining, with multiple venues across the city. We are seeking a passionate and analytical Marketing Specialist to join our team and help drive our brand growth across both digital and in-store channels.
This role combines creativity and strategy — ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, data analysis, and bringing vibrant Thai food culture to life.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Analysis and Reporting
Collect and analyse data from multiple marketing channels, including social media, digital platforms, in-store activities, and CRM systems.Develop clear reports and dashboards to track KPIs and measure campaign success.2. Campaign Creation and Management
Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and in-store channels.Collaborate with the creative and operations teams to ensure campaigns align with Chat Thai’s brand direction and objectives.Monitor and optimise campaign performance to maximise results and ROI.3. Social Media Management
Oversee Chat Thai’s social media platforms to ensure engaging, consistent, and on-brand content.Manage content creation using in-house resources and outsourced vendors.Coordinate with restaurant teams and partners to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.Track engagement and analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.Stay across food and culture trends to create relevant and engaging posts.4. Market Research
Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies.
Identify opportunities to reach new audiences and strengthen Chat Thai’s position as Sydney’s leading Thai restaurant group.5. In-Store Marketing
Work with restaurant managers to design and execute impactful in-store promotions and campaigns.Evaluate results and provide data-driven insights for future improvements.6. CRM Management
Manage CRM platforms (e.g. Marsello) to track customer engagement and segmentation.Design and launch targeted campaigns to boost loyalty and repeat visits.Analyse CRM campaign performance and recommend enhancements.7. Collaboration and Communication
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.Present campaign insights and performance reports to management in a clear, actionable format.8. Data Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date marketing databases.Use tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Tableau (or similar) to interpret and visualise marketing data.About You
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.Minimum 1–2 years of experience in marketing or data-driven roles.Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and CRM systems.Excellent analytical and communication skills.Hands‑on, creative mindset with a strong eye for detail.Nice to have : Thai language skills and cultural understanding are highly valued.Benefits
