MBMpl is a national independent Australian owned property consultancy providing Quantity Surveying, Building Consultancy, Tax & Asset Services, PPP Advisory, Infrastructure, Facilities Management Advisory and Expert Witness services. We have offices in NSW, VIC, QLD, SA and WA with over 100 staff across Australia.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at the Sydney office. This role is pivotal in supporting our team with the delivery of comprehensive property consultancy services, contributing to our continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with the Team : Work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality quantity surveying services.
• Cost Management : Manage cost planning, cost estimation, and cost management for various projects.
• Reporting : Prepare detailed cost reports and tender documentation.
• Feasibility Studies : Conduct financial feasibility studies and value engineering.
• Expert Advice : Provide expert advice on contractual matters and procurement strategies.
• Compliance : Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
