A valid Australian Driver's Licence & your own insured, roadworthy vehicleExperience of 3 months or more in a similar professional role, with experience in personal care, manual handling, hoist training and medications.The Role
In the role of Care Worker you will be providing our aged care clients with home help services such as :
General housekeeping and making bedsCleaning, mopping and vacuuming floorsWashing, folding and ironing laundryMeal preparation and grocery shoppingYou will also be providing our aged care clients with personal care services such as :
Getting clients out of bed, showered and dressed for the dayAssisting clients to take their medicationsAssisting with mobility and therapy goalsProviding complex care for customers with high care needs, such as dementiaProviding social and emotional supportProviding the client with transport to lifestyle activities or appointmentsHelping the family carer to have a break or an opportunity to do other things.Why choose Silverchain
