About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Scheduling Officer to join our Scheduling team based at Kenmore, QLD. In this vital role, you will be responsible for coordinating the provision of care and contractor services for our Home Care clients. As part of our dedicated team, you will help ensure seamless, client-focused service delivery aligned with the mission and values of Churches of Christ.
Key Responsibilities
As our Client Scheduling Officer, you will :
- Coordinate client and staff scheduling in line with enterprise agreements and contractual conditions.
- Triage incoming enquiries and respond promptly to unscheduled changes or adjustments to service delivery.
- Manage the allocation of fleet vehicles to support operational requirements.
- Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients and employees within a call-centre environment.
- Contribute as an active team member, supporting organisational goals, service integration, and continuous improvement.
- Uphold quality, safety, and compliance standards, ensuring adherence to organisational policies, relevant legislation, and ethical practice.
- Support organisational reporting requirements and financial targets as needed.
About You
Essential Qualifications & Knowledge
- Certificate IV in Business Administration, or equivalent knowledge and experience.
Experience
- At least three years’ experience in an administration or business support role within community services or a similar environment.
- Experience using Sandwai or another client scheduling system.
Technical Skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

- Current National Police Check (or ability to obtain).
