Role Overview

The New Home Sales Consultant will be responsible for guiding clients through the process of purchasing their dream home — from initial enquiry to contract signing. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a professional approach, and a passion for helping clients find the perfect home.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and greet prospective home buyers at display homes or appointments.
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide outstanding customer service.
• Present and explain home designs, inclusions, and pricing options.
• Prepare and follow up on quotes, contracts, and sales documentation.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Work closely with the construction and design teams to ensure a smooth handover.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, and client communications.
