What we are looking for
We’re looking for a motivated and proactive Graduate Community and Engagement Advisor to join our team, supporting major infrastructure projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in community engagement, which focuses on building positive relationships with local residents, businesses, and stakeholders impacted by construction projects. You’ll help ensure communities are informed, heard, and supported throughout the project lifecycle.
This would suit graduates from Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or Social Science backgrounds who are passionate about working with people, solving problems, and contributing to projects that deliver real community benefit.
You’ll be involved in developing and implementing communication strategies, engaging with stakeholders, managing community feedback, and contributing to meaningful interactions that support successful project delivery.
