Senior Associate (5+PAE ) - Projects Lawyer

A well-regarded national infrastructure and development group is seeking an experienced Projects Lawyer to support its legal and commercial teams on several active and upcoming projects in the infrastructure, and complex construction space for an initial 6 month term.

This role is suited to a senior legal professional with a strong background in project delivery, procurement, and front-end construction law.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating project agreements, including construction contracts, consultancy agreements, and supply contracts.
• Advising on procurement models, contract structures, and risk allocation.
• Supporting the legal and commercial functions through project development, execution and delivery.
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders across legal, project management, engineering, commercial, and finance teams.
• Assisting with compliance, regulatory reviews, and contract management processes.
• Providing strategic legal input on contractual risks, obligations, and project governance.
