I’m currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Manager to join a beautifully modern, 135-bed aged care home in Maroochydore. This is more than a job-it’s an opportunity to lead with heart and make a real difference in the lives of residents and your team.

What we’re looking for :

• A passion for person-centred care, connection, and compassion
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in aged care clinical management
• Sound knowledge of the Aged Care Act and Accreditation process
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Rights to work in Australia – MANDATORY!
• NCCHC and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
