Job descriptionCollaborate with clients, product managers, and developers to capture and document functional, technical, and business requirements. Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes to identify areas for automation, cost savings, and system optimisation. Prepare business cases, proposals, and technical specifications to support the development of new features and product improvements. Participate in system design discussions, ensuring solutions align with client needs and strategic objectives. Develop and maintain detailed documentation including business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, workflow diagrams, and test cases. Liaise with cross-functional teams during the software development lifecycle to ensure deliverables meet agreed scope and quality. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support deployment of new systems and enhancements. Provide training and post-implementation support to internal teams and clients. Monitor and report on system performance and recommend areas for improvement. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and market trends to enhance product innovation. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in ICT business analysis or a similar role within a software or data-driven organisation. Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles (SDLC, Agile, Scrum) and business process modelling techniques. Experience preparing technical and functional documentation, specifications, and user guides. Proficiency in data analytics, requirement elicitation, and use of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms. Familiarity with AI, automation, or SaaS-based solutions is highly desirable. Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. Australian Citizens / Permanent Residents preferred.
