About the Role :

As an IT Support Technician , you’ll play a key role in supporting both internal staff and external clients . Your responsibilities will include :

  • Providing expert technical support for a variety of IT environments
  • Performing network and server maintenance & configuration
  • Managing backup systems to ensure security and reliability
  • Handling PC and portable device setup & troubleshooting
  • Assisting with software development & commercialisation projects
  • Supporting meeting room AV equipment
  • Who We’re Looking For :

    We need a proactive problem-solver with a strong customer focus and a can-do attitude .

    The ideal candidate will have :

  • Experience supporting businesses (20+ staff) and understanding their IT infrastructure needs
  • Tertiary qualifications, industry certifications, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication skills – You can explain tech to non-tech users
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and hybrid environments
  • Expertise in Windows 10 / 11, Microsoft Hyper-V, and VMware
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
  • A valid Australian driver’s licence – Travel may be required
  • Bonus Skills (Highly Regarded but Not Essential) :

  • Experience with Connectwise and Adobe products
  • Programming and scripting knowledge
  • Sales experience
