In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our people operations, coordinating everything from recruitment and onboarding to performance reviews, HR records, engagement activities and smooth offboarding experiences.
As the sole HR support in the business, this role plays a key role in keeping our processes organised, compliant and consistent and making sure our team has what they need to succeed.

Successful applicants will need a dedicated WFH / office setup.
Shortlisted candidates will be subject to screening over the phone and a short interview. Applicants may be required to complete a small test task and a second interview with the management team.
For successful applicants, EWN will conduct reference checks and a police check. This is a mandatory requirement due to our public company listing.
