Test Automation Analyst with 6+ years of hands-on experience

Job Summary : We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Test Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in using tools such as Postman to run API-related test cases and a solid understanding of Swagger files. Additionally, NV1 clearance may be required for this role.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage the testing team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Develop and execute API-related test cases using Postman.
  • Review and understand Swagger files to create effective test plans.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
  • Identify, document, and track defects and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements, including NV1 clearance if applicable.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on testing progress and results.
  • Mentor and train junior testers on best practices and tools.

    • Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Extensive experience in using Postman for API testing.
  • Strong understanding of Swagger files and API documentation.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • NV1 clearance may be required.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Relevant certifications in testing and quality assurance are a plus.
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred.
