We’re on the hunt for a Senior Sous Chef, your right hand to our Head Chef. You will lead the kitchen when the Head Chef is not present, ensuring every service is flawless and every dish is memorable.

This role requires hands‑on leadership, strong culinary skills, and a passion for creating stellar food in a high‑volume pub environment.

A day in the life of a Senior Sous Chef

  • Key member of the leadership team, supporting the Head Chef to ensure flawless service.
  • Take charge of shifts, mentor the team, and maintain razor‑sharp kitchen standards.
  • Inspire crew with expertise and a can‑do attitude, ensuring every plate is a work of art.

Inherent Requirements

  • Hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting (e.g., moving stock, kegs, deliveries). Must safely perform physical tasks.

    • About You

  • Solid experience as a Sous Chef in a high‑volume pub or similar setting.
  • Up‑to‑date cooking credentials and food safety certifications.
  • Natural‑born leader who commands respect with skill and calm approach.
  • Passionate about creating delicious food that keeps customers returning.
