A well regarded boutique commercial practice in the Melbourne CBD is seeking an experienced Senior Property Lawyer (min 4 years + PAE) to join its growing property team. This role offers high quality work, a stable and supportive environment, and genuine long term career pathways.

About the Role

You’ll work across a broad mix of property and commercial matters, including :

• Residential and commercial conveyancing
• Off the plan developments and option agreements
• Retail and commercial leasing
• Sale and purchase of businesses
• Property related disputes
• Franchising, securities, guarantees, trusts and general commercial documentation
• You’ll also support and mentor conveyancers and junior lawyers.
