Join a respected civil contractor, fully accredited, with a strong track record delivering water, wastewater, and associated infrastructure projects to the highest standards.

With a solid pipeline of upcoming work, this is a hands‑on Project Manager role offering autonomy, challenge, and support within an established and trusted team.

Based in South West Sydney, the majority of projects are in this area.

The Role

Take ownership of end‑to‑end project delivery — from estimating and planning, through to completion — across Sydney Water, and related civil, infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities include :

• Leading and mentoring Project Engineers and site teams
• Managing budgets, schedules, and cost forecasting
• Overseeing subcontractors, procurement, and client communication
• Driving safety, quality, and environmental compliance
• Assisting with estimating and tender submissions
