This full-time hands‑on leadership position will see you working within our City of Perth team. Lead your team of garden maintenance staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and exceed our clients’ expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the team to enhance their skills and safety practices
• Undertake hands on work including mowing, pruning, hedge trimming, weeding, mulching, planting, and general garden care.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within set timeframes.
• Operate and maintain tools, machinery, and vehicles safely
• Report progress, issues, and requirements to management
• Pest and disease identification and treatment
• Maintaining high horticultural standards and attention to detail
