ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Client Operations Officer to join our growing team, The Client Operations Officer role is vital in supporting our service delivery teams to ensure efficient and responsive service delivery with an outstanding client experience at every point of our engagement. With a combination of operations and support responsibilities, this role presents a great opportunity for an experienced candidate to join our team and rapidly advance their career in our operations and support function.

ABOUT YOU
You will bring your positive, can-do attitude, entrepreneurial mindset and client experience focus and you will have :
Prior experience in a relevant professional services environment (ideally with exposure to Australian public practice accounting)
Strong organisation and time-management skills with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities effectively.
Strakeholder manegment skills and high-level communicatino skills (both written and verbal)
An interest in continuous and process improvement and a positive learning approach
Prior exposure to the following systems is highly regarded (but not essential) :

Requirements
You will bring your positive can-do attitude, entrepreneurial mindset, professionalism and customer service focus and you will have : Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration / Management (or a related field) Current professional Accounting registration (CPA / CA, etc.) A minimum of 5 years' experience working in Australian tax and accounting Outstanding time management skills Excellent professional communication skills (both written and verbal) Demonstrated attention to detail Experience supervising / leading a team A strong commitment to customer service, confidentiality and continuous improvement
