About the role

This is your chance to shape the future of QA in a fast‑growing tech team. As QA Lead, you'll pioneer modern automation practices and optimise a contemporary tech stack while developing your leadership skills. Leading a small, specialist team, you'll shape testing strategies, implement automation frameworks, and work closely with engineers to embed quality at every stage. By playing a key role in setting the standard for how we work you will also

  • Design and implement robust automation frameworks using Playwright and other modern tools
  • Lead and mentor a small team of QA professionals, building capability and fostering a culture of quality
  • Champion best practice testing across delivery teams, driving continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and cost‑effective solutions
  • Analyse test results, triage defects, and communicate risks to stakeholders
  • Work across a contemporary stack including Salesforce, MuleSoft, Azure, and AWS

About you

You're an experienced QA professional who thrives on solving complex problems, leading teams, and making a tangible impact. You combine strong technical skills with a collaborative mindset and are comfortable guiding teams through change and growth.

  • Proven experience in automation testing for web applications using tools such as Playwright
  • Background working with large platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce or similar)
  • Experience leading or mentoring QA teams in fast‑paced, Agile environments
  • Strong problem‑solving skills, with a pragmatic and resilient approach to delivery
  • Ability to influence, coach and collaborate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
  • Consulting, fintech or similar industry experience is highly regarded
  • Belong at Cbus
