Job descriptionIdentify, qualify, and pitch to leading restaurant partners in your territory Run high‑impact, in‑person meetings and demos using the SPICED sales methodology Structure offers that drive sustained performance and long‑term venue success Collaborate with Onboarding and Account Management to ensure strong go‑live and early revenue results Maintain an active, disciplined pipeline through HubSpot, managing every stage with accuracy and ownership Meet and exceed monthly targets through consistent activity, urgency and quality deal execution Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in hospitality, tech or F&B A strong record of field‑based closing in short sales cycles Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills Competitive drive, resilience and a genuine passion for winning Deep interest in hospitality and helping venues grow profitably Experience with HubSpot or other CRM systems is highly regarded Intake 1 : Week commencing Monday, 1 December 2025 Intake 2 : Week commencing Monday, 12 January 2026

About The Role
As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you’ll be responsible for driving EatClub’s growth in your region by signing high‑quality restaurants and ensuring every venue sees measurable success from day one.
This is a field‑based sales role built for top performers, people who thrive on fast sales cycles, love being in the market, and take pride in closing deals that make a difference to local businesses.
