    Job Description

    • Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and callers.
    • Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
    • Organise and maintain the reception area.
    • Perform administrative tasks.
    • Coordinate and manage meeting room bookings.
    • Assist with event planning and coordination.
    • Uphold the organisation's values and contribute to a positive culture.
    • Provide support to the broader secretarial and business support team.
    • The Successful Applicant

      A successful Receptionist should have :

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
    • Strong organisational and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • A commitment to promoting and supporting community health.
    • Experience in a similar role within the Not For Profit sector.
    • No reception experience required.
