Business Improvement Senior Specialist

who's ready to lead high-impact initiatives.

About the Role

As a

Business Improvement Specialist

you will take ownership of key workstreams within client projects, applying your analytical expertise and facilitation skills to identify inefficiencies, lead workshops, and develop actionable strategies. This is a client-facing, outcomes-driven role that balances autonomy with team collaboration.

You'll work closely with frontline teams, supervisors, and senior leaders — driving

productivity improvements

through observation, analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies. Your influence and communication skills will be key to managing change in operational environments.

What You'll Do

Lead project workstreams to identify and eliminate waste and inefficiencies

Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other improvement methodologies in practical settings

Conduct site visits, process mapping, stakeholder interviews, and data analysis

Facilitate workshops and collaborative problem-solving sessions

Translate findings into concise, solution-focused reports and presentations

Influence outcomes through strong stakeholder engagement

Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

Proven success in

business performance improvement

ideally in consulting or project roles

Experience in

asset-intensive industries

such as mining, energy, or utilities

Strong capability in

process analysis, facilitation, and change leadership

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to operate

independently

with professionalism and sound judgement

Formal training or certifications in

Lean Six Sigma

project management or similar is desirable

Perth based role with

flexible arrangements

site travel

as required

Rosters (FIFO / DIDO) may apply depending on project scope

On-site daily allowance provided for extended travel

Tools : MS Office, SharePoint, ProjectWorks, Power BI, and Minset templates
