Success in this role :

We are seeking a support worker that is person centred for a participant that is eclectic, a hobbyist and enjoys learning. You will be comfortable around the LGBTQ community and able to identify when an more introverted approach to a day is needed.

What You’ll Do

As a LME Care Support Worker, you will :

• Provide quality day to day care and support
• Support participants to try new experiences, build confidence, and develop healthy habits
• Celebrate achievements, both big and small, and help make every day meaningful
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment while encouraging independence and choice
• Work closely with participants, families, and stakeholders to plan and achieve participant goals
