About the Role
Our client, a major FMCG organisation is undergoing a significant demerger, with the transition set to complete by this month end. As part of this transformation, they are seeking a Service Delivery Lead to support the Transitional Service Agreement (TSA). This role is critical in ensuring the smooth delivery of IT services by acting as the escalation point, while collaborating with Product teams who own direct service delivery.
