What You'll Do

Provide quality day to day care and support

Support participants to try new experiences, build confidence, and develop healthy habits

Celebrate achievements, both big and small, and help make every day meaningful

Ensure a safe and supportive environment while encouraging independence and choice

Work closely with participants, families, and stakeholders to plan and achieve participant goals

Who You Are

You hold a Cert III in Individual Disability Support or equivalent, or are eager to learn and grow in the role

Current First Aid and CPR certifications

Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle

NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (Blue Card)

Bonus if you have high medical care experience or training in MAYBO, Mental Health First Aid or Crisis intervention
