  • RSA and RSG required
  • Our client is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join their community first venue in the stunning surroundings of Gisborne.

    • Responsibilities
    • Cash & Expenditure Control
    • Policy and proceedure
    • Compliance to the RSG standard
    • Recruitment
    • Stock Control and inventory
    • Staff Management & Rostering
    • Demonstrate customer service standards
    • Assist with day to day operations
    • Adhering to OHS practises
    • What you'll need to bring to this role
    • Minimum of 2 year's experience in a similar role
    • Must have a valid RSA, RSG, Gaming License, Food Handlers, Drivers license, First Aid and TAB Accreditation
    • Strong ability to manage and implement process and procedure
    • Ability to confidently lead a team and support a senior leadership team
    • Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Self-motivated and energetic
    • Integrity, you have pride in everything you do
    • Current drivers licence
