Overview

Title : Booking Systems Support Officer, Permanent - Part-time Role, 21 hours per week

Salary Range : $85,745.17 to $99,650.39 (on a pro-rata basis) per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)

Our opportunity

The Booking Systems Support Officer provides, technical, program and administrative support to the Open Space Booking Service. The role is responsible for the effective use of technology, systems and tools that supports the service to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

  • Systems and technology enablement - lead the effective use of booking systems and digital tools, acting as the super user to support team capability, vendor coordination, and system enhancements.
  • Operational and administrative support - deliver high-quality technical and administrative support, including reconciliations, reporting, and data management, to ensure smooth and consistent service delivery.
  • Service improvement and collaboration - drive continuous improvement by refining processes and collaborating across teams and stakeholders to enhance customer experience and service outcomes.
